SUPER CHEAP FIX!
One of the areas in your home not insulated are the outlets. They leak all your air right outside. Get some outlet insulators and plug up them leaks. Believe me it is a huge difference, I was amazed just how much air passed through the outlet. I love the sliding outlet covers because little pests try to sneak inside the house through the outlet!
You will increase your efficiency by 10% to 25% depending how many outlets you have to insulate. These are the least insulated areas in your home.
