Next to the kitchen, the bed maybe one of the important places to be organic. This is the place for rest, recovery and hopefully some fun! We spend 6 to 9 hours (that would be nice) in our beds soaking up toxins, and breathing toxins from our sheets, mattress, and bed frames. If your current mattress in great condition in no need of replacing then start replacing the mattress covers, pillows and sheets since these are closest to your skin. Everything else you can change as time goes on.
